Description

The International Workshop on Electromagnetic Nondestructive Evaluation (ENDE) has been held every year since 1995. Its aim is to bring together engineers and scientists from universities, research institutions and industry who are active in research, development and industrial applications of Electromagnetic Nondestructive Evaluation. The workshop has a long history of successful meetings held all over the world, which were organized by eminent members of the ENDE community.

How to get there

  • From Paris city center: take RER B (direction Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse) and change if needed for Massy-Palaiseau / Le Guichet / Orsay stations — then local bus or taxi to campus.
  • From Orly Airport (ORY): Orlyval → Antony → RER B south to Massy-Palaiseau / Le Guichet (≈ 35–45 min).
  • From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): RER B toward Paris then southbound toward Le Guichet / Massy-Palaiseau (≈ 1h to 1h20 depending on connections).
  • By train / TGV: Massy TGV station connects to national lines; local transport links to campus.
  • By car: use A10 / A6 depending on direction; parking on campus may be limited — prefer public transport.

Recommended areas: Massy, Palaiseau, Orsay. Below are nearby hotels that typically suit conference visitors (please verify availability and rates):

Meals & Social Events

  • Coffee breaks and lunches: included for registered participants.
  • Welcome reception: Monday, June 2nd, 2026 from 5pm to 9pm.
  • Gala dinner: Thursday, June 4th, 2026. Location to be announced.

Registration

Registration opens: February 10, 2026.
Fees will cover attendance, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches. Student reduced rates will be available.

Notes

1 Full registration includes one (1) abstract/full paper fee and banquet. Each additional abstract/full paper requires a 150€ extra ticket. Max 3 full papers per registered attendee.

2 Student registration allows one (1) abstract/full paper submission only.

3 Additional papers: 150€ each (max 2 extra). Please complete your full registration first and keep your confirmation number.

Abstract submission is handled through the SciencesConf submission system. See the Call for Papers for topics, length and formatting guidelines.

Visa & Invitation Letters

Attendees who require a visa should contact their local French consulate as soon as possible. Invitation letters for visa applications are available on request after registration — email ende2026@sciencesconf.org with your registration ID and full name as on passport.


Practical Information

  • Electricity: 230 V / 50 Hz, Type E plugs (two round pins + female earth contact). Adapters may be needed for non-European plugs.
  • Wi-Fi: Campus Wi-Fi will be available; credentials provided at registration.
  • Language: Official language of the workshop: English.
  • Currency: Euro (€). Credit cards widely accepted; small cash recommended for some local vendors.
  • Typical weather for June: daytime ≈ 15–25 °C (check forecast closer to the event).
